OHIO — Two people are recovering after an overnight shooting in northeast Columbus, according to police.
Officers were called just after midnight Sunday to Marcia Drive in the Arlington Park neighborhood. Authorities say what began as a fight escalated into gunfire.
Two people were injured in the shooting but were able to transport themselves to Ohio State East Hospital, where they are currently recovering. Police have not released details about the extent of their injuries.
No suspects have been identified at this time, and investigators have not released additional information about what led to the altercation.
The incident remains under investigation as police continue to search for a suspect.
