
NORTH CAROLINA — One person was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries following a stabbing early Saturday morning in northeast Charlotte, according to authorities.
Medic said paramedics responded to the 5000 block of Patricia Ann Lane, in a neighborhood off West Sugar Creek Road, early Saturday.
The victim was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Authorities have not released any information about a possible suspect, and it is not yet known whether the injuries were the result of an assault, self-inflicted, or accidental.
The investigation remains ongoing, and officials have not released further details.
