INDIANA — A Powerball ticket worth $100,000 was sold in Indiana for the Wednesday, April 8, 2026 drawing, according to lottery officials.
The winning numbers were 3, 16, 17, 42, 52, with a Powerball of 3. The Power Play multiplier for the drawing was 2x. The estimated jackpot for the drawing was $20 million, with a cash value of approximately $9.1 million.
No ticket matched all six numbers to win the jackpot. However, the Indiana ticket matched four numbers plus the Powerball and included the Power Play option, increasing the prize to $100,000.
Officials have not yet released the location where the winning ticket was purchased.
Lottery officials advise the winner to sign the back of the ticket and contact the Hoosier Lottery to begin the claims process.
