FLORIDA — The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office is expected to announce the results of several major undercover narcotics investigations during a news conference Wednesday afternoon.
According to authorities, Eric Flowers will outline the outcomes of long-term drug operations that resulted in numerous arrests, the seizure of firearms and significant quantities of illegal drugs.
Officials said the investigations date back to 2025 and involved multiple agencies, including the Drug Enforcement Administration and Homeland Security Investigations.
Authorities noted that some of the enforcement activity took place near schools and churches.
The news conference is scheduled for noon at the sheriff’s office auditorium in Vero Beach.
Officials said additional details will be released following the announcement.
