TEXAS — A 29-year-old man from Baytown was injured in a rollover crash early Wednesday morning on Interstate 10 in Orange County, according to authorities.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said the crash occurred around 5:30 a.m. near the Cow Bayou overpass along I-10 east.
Investigators reported the man was driving a Toyota Highlander when he took evasive action to avoid being struck from behind by another vehicle. Officials said he then lost control, struck a concrete barrier and the SUV overturned.
The driver was transported by ambulance to a Southeast Texas hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities said the crash remains under investigation, and no additional information has been released.
