
ARKANSAS — Thousands of residents across Arkansas are without electricity Tuesday morning, according to data from PowerOutage.us.
As of the latest update, approximately 4,250 customers are without power statewide out of more than 1.67 million tracked, representing about 0.25% of customers.
The largest number of outages was reported in Sebastian County, where 2,213 customers were without power. Franklin County reported 1,761 outages, accounting for the highest percentage of customers affected at nearly 17%.
Smaller numbers of outages were reported in Conway County, Garland County, Pulaski County, White County and Washington County.
Among utility providers, OG&E Energy Corp. reported the highest number of outages, with nearly 4,000 customers affected. Entergy and Southwestern Electric Power Company also reported outages, though at significantly lower levels.
Officials have not released a specific cause for the outages. Restoration efforts are ongoing, and customers are encouraged to check with their local utility providers for updates.
