OHIO — One person was hospitalized following a shooting Friday afternoon near West Carrollton High School, according to police.
A Miami Township Police Department officer confirmed the shooting occurred around 4:20 p.m. at the intersection of Student Street and Jassamine Drive.
The location is adjacent to the high school.
Authorities said the victim was transported to a hospital. The extent of the person’s injuries has not been released.
