
TENNESSEE — More than 4,000 customers across Tennessee are without electricity as of Saturday morning, according to the latest data from PowerOutage.us.
Statewide, approximately 4,149 homes and businesses are reported without power out of more than 3.48 million customers tracked, representing about 0.12% of customers.
Tennessee currently ranks among the top states in the country for outages, placing third nationwide both in total outages and percentage of customers affected.
The hardest-hit area is Maury County, where about 2,180 customers are without power, accounting for roughly 4.5% of the county’s tracked customers. Other counties with notable outages include Bradley County with around 734 outages, McMinn County with 485, and Davidson County with 284.
Utility providers reporting the largest number of outages include Columbia Power & Water Systems, which accounts for the majority of outages with more than 2,100 customers affected. Other impacted providers include Cleveland Utilities and Volunteer Energy Cooperative.
Restoration efforts are ongoing, and customers are encouraged to check with their local utility providers for updates.
