
NORTH CAROLINA — Two men were arrested after investigators seized multiple types of drugs and paraphernalia during a search at a Sandy Ridge home, according to authorities.
The Stokes County Special Investigation Division served a search warrant on March 18 at a residence on Steele Road. Investigators said two men were inside the home at the time and were identified as Todd Aaron Gray of Sandy Ridge and Joseph Glenn Kellam Jr. of Summerfield.
During the search, authorities reported finding psilocybin mushrooms, methamphetamine, marijuana and various types of drug paraphernalia throughout the residence.
Gray was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver a Schedule I controlled substance (psilocybin), possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine), maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances and multiple counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $120,000.
Kellam faces charges including possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $110,000.
Both men were taken before a magistrate and are scheduled to appear in Stokes County District Court on April 15.
The Stokes County Sheriff’s Office said multiple agencies assisted in the investigation, including the Surry County Sheriff’s Office, Pilot Mountain Police Department and Madison Police Department.
The investigation remains ongoing.
