
SOUTH CAROLINA — Deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman from St. Helena Island, according to the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said 34-year-old Renesha Loraine Hendrix was reported missing by her family on Wednesday.
Since that time, both community members and deputies have reported sightings of a woman believed to be Hendrix walking along Sea Island Parkway. However, officials said they have not been able to make contact with her.
Hendrix is described as approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds.
Deputies said they are working to locate Hendrix and confirm her well-being.
