INDIANA — Police in southern Indiana are investigating after a body was discovered in the Ohio River on Sunday.
According to Clarksville Police, the body was found around 5 p.m. near Ashland Park along Riverside Drive.
Authorities said they have limited information to release at this time but noted the body appears to have been in the water for an extended period.
Officials have not released the identity of the individual or any details regarding the cause of death.
Police said the investigation is ongoing, and additional information may be released as it becomes available.
