TENNESSEE — Authorities are investigating after a body was discovered Sunday morning in Old Hickory Lake, according to the Hendersonville Police Department.
Officers were called to the lake around 9:30 a.m. following reports of a body in the water near Sun Life Marinas at Drakes Creek.
Police have not released details about the identity of the person, including whether the body is that of a man or woman.
Investigators said there is no evidence of foul play at this time. However, the circumstances surrounding the death remain under investigation.
