Two people injured following shooting incident in Indiana

INDIANA — Two people are in critical condition following a shooting on the city’s north side Saturday morning, according to police.

Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded just before 10 a.m. March 21 to the 700 block of East 32nd Street, near North College Avenue and East Fall Creek Parkway North, on a report of a person shot.

When officers arrived, they found two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.

Emergency medical crews transported both victims to a nearby hospital, where they were listed in critical condition.

No additional details about the victims or possible suspects have been released.

The investigation is ongoing, and police say more information will be provided as it becomes available.
