
GEORGIA — Three men are in custody following a drug investigation in Coffee County, according to the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said the Douglas-Coffee Drug Unit executed search warrants at two homes on March 15. One residence was located on Willwood Road, while the second was on Mark Mobley Road.
During the investigation, Michael Witt Sr., Michael Witt Jr., and Dustin Bowen were arrested. Officials said the arrests are part of an ongoing investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine in the area.
Michael Witt Sr. is charged with possession of methamphetamine. Michael Witt Jr. faces charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Dustin Bowen was arrested on outstanding warrants and is also charged with possession of methamphetamine.
The investigation remains ongoing.
