
INDIANA — Two people were injured in a shooting Thursday afternoon on the city’s southwest side, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Officers were called just before 5 p.m. to the 5800 block of Coppock Drive on a report of a person shot. When they arrived, police found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both individuals were reported to be in stable condition, authorities said.
Police have not released additional details about the circumstances of the shooting.
