FLORIDA — One person has died following a construction accident in Volusia County, according to deputies.
Authorities said the incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday near State Road 415 in the New Smyrna Beach area.
Investigators confirmed one fatality but have not released additional details about the circumstances of the accident.
