ARIZONA — A driver was hospitalized following a rollover crash in Gilbert early Wednesday morning, according to police.
Emergency crews responded to the scene near Lindsay and Guadalupe roads after receiving reports of a crash. Gilbert police said both adult drivers involved were extricated from their vehicles. One driver was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
Authorities said speed may have been a contributing factor in the crash.
The intersection remains closed as crews continue to work at the scene. Officials are urging drivers to use alternate routes and expect delays.
