PENNSYLVANIA — Several Pennsylvania schools have announced schedule changes for Wednesday, March 18, 2026, as weather conditions continue to impact the region.
Upper Dauphin Schools in Dauphin County will operate on a two-hour delay. Walnut Grove Christian School will also follow a two-hour delay schedule, allowing for improved travel conditions later in the morning.
Meanwhile, Turkeyfoot Valley School District has opted to hold a remote learning day, meaning students will not report to school buildings and will instead complete their assignments virtually from home.
School officials typically make these decisions based on road conditions, temperatures, and overall safety for students and staff. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor communications from their local districts for any additional updates or changes.
Drivers are also urged to use caution during the morning commute, as delays and hazardous conditions may still be present in some areas.
