FLORIDA — One person was hospitalized following a shooting late Monday night in Seffner, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said they responded to reports of gunfire around 11:20 p.m. in the 5000 block of Beechcraft Way.
Investigators believe the shooting stemmed from a verbal altercation between two individuals.
One person was taken to a local hospital with apparent gunshot wounds and is reported to be in stable condition.
Authorities said all individuals involved have been identified, but no arrests have been made as of Tuesday morning.
The names of those involved have not been released.
The investigation remains ongoing.
