ALABAMA — A Castleberry woman died after a single-vehicle crash in Conecuh County on Saturday night, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

Authorities said 29-year-old Brandy S. Willis was driving a GMC Yukon around 8:20 p.m. when the vehicle left the roadway and overturned.

Officials said Willis was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.

The crash happened on Conecuh County Road 23 near Conecuh County Road 15, about 10 miles west of the Evergreen city limits. No other vehicles were involved.

State troopers are still investigating the crash and are working to determine whether Willis was wearing a seat belt.
