
SOUTH CAROLINA — Authorities are investigating after skeletal remains were discovered at a home undergoing renovations in Columbia, South Carolina.
According to the Columbia Police Department, officers were called to a residence on Kilbourne Road shortly after 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11. While work was being done on the property, a small quantity of skeletal remains was found.
Officials said the Richland County Coroner’s Office has been called in to determine whether the bones are human.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not released additional details.
