
FLORIDA — Multiple incidents slowed traffic along Interstate 4 westbound Tuesday morning, causing significant delays for drivers traveling from Volusia County into Seminole County.
The first incident was reported around 6 a.m. on I-4 westbound in Sanford near U.S. 17/92 when a truck became disabled in the right lane, blocking traffic.
About an hour later, a second incident was reported on I-4 westbound in DeBary near DeBary Avenue. Authorities said several vehicles were involved in that crash.
Around the same time, a third crash was reported on I-4 westbound near U.S. 17/92.
Officials said the incidents caused westbound traffic to move slowly through the area Tuesday morning. Drivers traveling from Volusia County into Seminole County were advised to expect major delays.
Eastbound traffic on I-4 was not affected by the incidents. Authorities have not released additional details about injuries or when traffic conditions may fully improve.
