ALABAMA — Authorities are searching for a man wanted on a felony drug trafficking charge in Jefferson County.
According to Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama, 31-year-old Daniel Scott Smith is wanted on a felony warrant issued in Jefferson County charging him with drug trafficking. Smith has been wanted since Feb. 26, 2026.
Officials say Smith is described as a white male, standing approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing about 190 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. His date of birth is listed as Dec. 28, 1994.
Authorities report that Smith’s last known address was in the 200 block of County Road 130 in Cullman, Alabama, located in Cullman County.
The warrant was issued through the Birmingham Court Division, and the case is being handled by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
