NORTH CAROLINA — A Greenville man is in custody after investigators say he was involved in several cocaine-related offenses over the past year.

According to arrest warrants, 34-year-old Jamar Savage is charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine, felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance, and felony conspiracy to sell or deliver cocaine.

Investigators say the first offense occurred on April 10, 2025. Authorities allege Savage possessed 14 grams of cocaine, maintained a home on Broad Street where drugs were stored and sold, and conspired with a woman to sell and deliver cocaine.

A second warrant tied to April 23, 2025, alleges Savage possessed 13 grams of cocaine with the intent to sell or deliver and again conspired with the same woman.

Authorities say the alleged activity continued into this year. An arrest warrant dated Feb. 11, 2026, states Savage possessed 15 grams of cocaine with the intent to sell or deliver, again alongside the same woman.

Another warrant dated Feb. 17, 2026, alleges Savage possessed 4.5 grams of cocaine and conspired with the same woman to sell the drug.

Savage is being held in the Pitt County Jail under a $250,000 secured bond.
