OHIO — A driver fled the scene after a crash that sent a van into a house in Youngstown, Ohio, according to police.
Authorities said the crash caused the van to leave the roadway and strike a nearby home. Images from the scene show the vehicle lodged against the side of the house near a brick chimney.
