
TEXAS — Two Powerball tickets worth $50,000 each were sold in Texas for the Wednesday, March 4, 2026 drawing.
According to lottery officials, the tickets matched four of the five white ball numbers along with the Powerball number to win the $50,000 prize. The winning numbers drawn were 7, 14, 42, 47 and 56, with the Powerball number 6. The Power Play multiplier for the drawing was 4x.
The estimated jackpot for the drawing was $20 million, with a cash value of $9.4 million.
Officials have not yet released the specific locations where the two winning tickets were sold in Texas or whether the prizes have been claimed.
Powerball drawings take place three times a week and offer players the opportunity to win large jackpots as well as several lower-tier prizes. Winners typically have a set amount of time to claim their prizes through the state lottery.
