TENNESSEE — The Kingsport Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.
Police said they are searching for 36-year-old Alvaro Arias Munguia, who was last believed to have been seen at the Red Roof Inn in Kingsport.
He is described as a Hispanic man who stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds.
