FLORIDA — Nineteen people were arrested Thursday morning after deputies executed a search warrant at what officials described as a “drug house” in Holly Hill.
According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, deputies, working alongside the Holly Hill Police Department, went to a home in the 800 block of State Street around 5:45 a.m. Sheriff Mike Chitwood said authorities entered the approximately 850-square-foot residence and found 19 people inside.
Chitwood said this was not the first time law enforcement had been at the property. He noted that one of the individuals present during Thursday’s operation had an active warrant stemming from an October 2025 drug bust involving the sale of crack cocaine.
Authorities have not yet released the names of those arrested or the specific charges they may face. The investigation remains ongoing.
