OHIO — Two people are confirmed dead following a crash involving a semitrailer and several other vehicles Saturday night on Interstate 75.
The crash occurred just after 8 p.m. in the northbound lanes between mile markers 118 and 119 near Cridersville. A sergeant with the Ohio State Highway Patrol confirmed two fatalities.
Authorities said all northbound lanes of I-75 beyond National Road in Cridersville have been closed as crews respond to the scene and conduct an investigation.
It was not immediately clear how many vehicles were involved or whether there were additional injuries.
