
KENTUCKY — A man was injured after being shot multiple times Saturday night in Old Louisville.
According to the Louisville Metro Police Department, officers responded to the area of 2nd and York streets just before 8 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot in the leg, stomach and shoulder. Police said the man was driving a vehicle at the time of the shooting and crashed at that location.
The victim was transported to UofL Hospital. Authorities said it is believed he will survive his injuries.
Police said they do not currently have any suspects. The department’s Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is handling the investigation.
