OHIO — A woman is in custody and a man remains at large after authorities executed a narcotics search warrant Saturday morning in Steubenville, according to the Jefferson County Drug Task Force.

Detectives, assisted by the Jefferson County Special Response Team and the Steubenville Police Department, carried out the search Feb. 28 at a home on Claire Street.

Authorities arrested Celeste Woolf, 36, of Cadiz, inside the residence. Investigators said the primary suspect, Travis Taylor, 50, was not at the home at the time of the search and remains at large.

During the search, detectives reported seizing 155 grams of cocaine, 17 grams of crack cocaine, 158 grams of fentanyl, 90 grams of methamphetamine, $1,900 in cash and a loaded 9 mm semi-automatic handgun.

Woolf was taken to the Jefferson County Justice Center and is expected to face multiple charges, including possession of fentanyl with a major drug offender specification, possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, having weapons under disability, and child endangerment.

Officials said an arrest warrant will be issued for Taylor on similar charges through Steubenville Municipal Court.

The Jefferson County Drug Task Force includes members of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Steubenville Police Department and the Jefferson County Prosecutor’s Office. The investigation remains ongoing.
