
ALABAMA — A 27-year-old Falkville man has been arrested on drug trafficking charges following a narcotics investigation by local and state authorities.
According to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation was led by the sheriff’s Drug Enforcement Unit in partnership with the Alabama Drug Enforcement Task Force.
Investigators allege that Dalton Thomas Sapp sold controlled substances on multiple occasions. On Feb. 24, 2026, law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at Sapp’s home in the 2000 block of Highway 157 in Falkville.
Sapp was taken into custody and charged with trafficking cocaine and possession of marijuana.
He is currently being held at the Morgan County Jail on a $10,300 bond.
Authorities said the investigation remains ongoing and that additional charges and arrests are possible.
