
OHIO — The Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in Butler County.
According to Crime Stoppers, the Butler County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Dayton Knight, 44, who is wanted on a charge of felony larceny. Authorities listed Knight as wanted as of February 26, 2026.
Knight is described as a white male, 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 230 pounds. Officials said he was last known to live in Groesbeck, Ohio.
In addition to the current felony larceny charge, Crime Stoppers reports that Knight has a criminal history that includes drug trafficking, aggravated burglary and drug possession.
Anyone with information on Knight’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers. Tips can typically be provided anonymously.
Authorities urge residents not to approach Knight if they see him, but instead to contact law enforcement immediately.
