
OHIO — A woman in Conneaut is celebrating a big lottery win after purchasing a top-prize scratch-off ticket.
According to the Ohio Lottery, the woman won $500,000 playing the $500,000 Cashword Scratch-Off game. She bought the winning ticket at Conneaut Clark Station, located at 220 State St. in Conneaut.
After state and federal taxes totaling 26.75%, the winner will take home $366,250.
As of Feb. 24, 2026, two top prizes of $500,000 remain in the game. The overall odds of winning the $500,000 Cashword Scratch-Off are 1 in 3.69.
