KENTUCKY — Louisville Metro Police Department are searching for a woman in connection with an ongoing animal cruelty investigation after two dead dogs were found inside a home.
According to police, 35-year-old Destiny Morgan is wanted as part of an investigation being conducted by Animal Cruelty Enforcement (ACE) and Louisville Metro Animal Services.
Authorities said LMAS received a call reporting that there were dead dogs inside a residence in Louisville. When officers arrived at the home, they found trash scattered throughout the property along with mouse and dog feces. Police said two dogs inside the residence had been dead for an extended period of time.
Investigators are attempting to locate Morgan so the case can move forward. No additional details about potential charges have been released.
