OHIO — A Lisbon resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning Holiday Lucky Times 10 Scratch-Off ticket in Columbiana County.

The winner said he enjoys playing scratch-off tickets and chose the Holiday Lucky Times 10 game at random because it was seasonal. He added that he typically “loses more than he wins” and was shocked when he realized he had uncovered a top prize.

After federal and state taxes totaling 26.76%, the winner will receive $73,250. He said he plans to pay off debt and invest the remaining money.

The $5 winning ticket was purchased at Uni-Mart, located at 40890 state Route 154 & 11 in Lisbon.

As of Feb. 20, 2026, one $100,000 jackpot prize remains in the Holiday Lucky Times 10 game.
