
OHIO — Youngstown police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 33-year-old man who has been reported missing.
According to the Youngstown Police Department, Angel Luis Ortiz was last heard from on Feb. 14. Family members told police they are concerned for his safety and believe he may be in trouble. Authorities said Ortiz’s phone has been turned off, and no one has had contact with him since that date.
Police said Ortiz may have been with his girlfriend on the East Side of Youngstown around the time he was last seen.
Ortiz is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Police released a photograph of him as part of the effort to locate him.
