- Prince William County Public Schools — Schools will open two hours late Monday; officials will monitor conditions and may update this by 7 a.m.
- Stafford County Public Schools — All schools and offices will operate on a two-hour delay Monday due to forecasted winter weather.
- Fauquier County Public Schools — Schools and administrative offices will open two hours late Monday.
- Manassas City Public Schools — Schools and offices will also operate on a two-hour delay Monday; Pre-K programs are canceled and conditions will be monitored.
- Alexandria City Public Schools — Schools and offices are scheduled to open two hours late Monday; administrators said they are closely watching evolving conditions and will update families if further changes are needed.
- Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS) also noted that morning early childhood special education programs are canceled and afternoon ECSE programs will run at regular times under the delayed schedule.
- Hanover County Public Schools — The division has announced a two-hour delayed opening Monday for all students and staff in response to weather conditions.
- Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools — Officials are monitoring weather and road conditions and will announce any closure, delay, or normal opening by early Monday morning; no final schedule was posted as of Sunday evening.
Officials in Northern Virginia emphasized that these early schedule decisions are based on snow forecasts and road safety concerns, and divisions may issue further changes if conditions worsen overnight.
