ALABAMA — A Hartford woman was killed in a three-car crash on a busy highway, according to authorities.
Geneva County Coroner Donny Adkinson identified the victim as 24-year-old Veronica Garcia-Mata.
The crash occurred on Highway 123 in Hartford. Garcia-Mata was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of a second vehicle involved in the crash was taken to a hospital for treatment. The driver of the third vehicle was not injured.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating the crash.
