
GEORGIA — Columbus police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 33-year-old man who has been missing since January.
According to the Columbus Police Department, Julius Jones was last known to be in the 2200 block of Fort Benning Road on Jan. 26. Authorities say his family last spoke with him by phone that day.
Jones is described as 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about Jones’ whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the Columbus Police Department Special Victims Unit at 706-225-3449. Information can also be provided to Sgt. Christy Edenfield at 706-225-4344.
Police have not released additional details as the search continues.
