FLORIDA — A man was killed in a shooting early Tuesday morning in Winter Park, and police are continuing to search for the suspect.
The shooting happened around 2 a.m. at an affordable housing apartment complex owned by the City of Winter Park, located along Pennsylvania Avenue at Railroad Avenue.
Winter Park police said the victim was a man, but have not released his name or age. No arrests have been made.
Authorities closed a section of Pennsylvania Avenue between Webster Avenue and Swoope Avenue while officers investigated the scene.
Police have not released information about a possible suspect. The investigation is ongoing.
