
OHIO — More than 4,500 customers across Ohio are without electricity as of Tuesday morning, according to the latest outage data.
A total of 4,531 homes and businesses were reported without power statewide. The data tracks 5,361,647 utility customers across Ohio.
Cuyahoga County reported the highest number of outages, with 3,306 customers without service — accounting for the majority of outages statewide. Clermont County had the second-highest total, with 914 customers affected.
Other counties reporting outages included Franklin County with 48 customers without power, Hamilton County with 41, Gallia County with 33, Scioto County with 25, Licking County with 22 and Carroll County with 21.
Utility crews typically work to restore service as quickly and safely as possible, prioritizing areas with the largest number of customers impacted.
Residents experiencing outages are encouraged to report them directly to their electric provider and to use caution around downed power lines.
