
OHIO — One person was killed and another injured after a gunman opened fire on a party bus in downtown Cincinnati early Saturday morning.
The shooting happened around 1 a.m. along Third Street, as bars in the area were letting out, according to Cincinnati police.
Police said a suspect fired shots at the party bus, killing 29-year-old Tobias Hood. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The bus driver was struck in the jaw and transported to UC Medical Center. Authorities said he is expected to recover.
Officers arrested 28-year-old De’Angelo Robinson in connection with the shooting and recovered a firearm. Police said Robinson has been charged with Hood’s murder.
Investigators have not yet confirmed what led up to the shooting. The case remains under investigation.
