
NORTH CAROLINA — A Windsor man has been arrested following a narcotics investigation in Bertie County, according to the Bertie County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators arrested 42-year-old Julius Jamar Gathers on Friday, Feb. 13. Authorities said the arrest stemmed from an ongoing drug investigation.
Gathers faces multiple felony charges, including three counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, three counts of maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances, and one count of conspiracy to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance.
He was taken to the Bertie-Martin Regional Jail, where he was given a $70,000 secured bond.
