PENNSYLVANIA — Eight people were detained Thursday during a drug bust in Butler.
Pennsylvania State Police said the investigation focused on a home in the 500 block of Federal Street. Authorities obtained a search warrant and entered the residence, detaining eight individuals. Six of them reportedly had pending drug and bench warrants.
During the search, officers seized:
- Two illegally owned guns
- A “large quantity” of cocaine and heroin
- Cash
All suspects were taken to the Butler County Jail. Police said felony drug charges are expected against all eight individuals.
