TEXAS — A $50,000 Powerball ticket was sold in Texas following Monday night’s drawing, lottery officials confirmed.
The drawing was held Monday, Feb. 9, 2026, with winning numbers 6, 19, 22, 28, 48, and the Powerball number 24. The Power Play multiplier was 5x. The Texas ticket matched four of the five white balls but did not include the Powerball, resulting in a $50,000 prize.
No ticket matched all six numbers to claim the jackpot, which was estimated at $113 million, with a cash value of $52.0 million, according to Powerball officials. With no grand prize winner, the jackpot will roll over to the next drawing.
Lottery officials have not yet released the retail location where the winning Texas ticket was sold. Players are advised to sign the back of their ticket and contact the Texas Lottery to begin the prize claim process.
The next Powerball drawing is expected to feature a larger jackpot as the current prize continues to grow.
