SOUTH CAROLINA — The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that occurred during the early morning hours Saturday in the Grays Hill area.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Conestoga Loop. Authorities said they were also notified that a gunshot victim had walked to a fire station in Grays Hill seeking assistance.
The Beaufort County Emergency Medical Services responded and located a 31-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound. EMS personnel transported the victim to a medical facility for treatment. Her condition was not immediately released.
