FLORIDA — A Powerball ticket sold in Florida is worth $50,000 following Saturday night’s drawing, according to lottery officials.
The drawing was held on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026, with winning numbers 2, 16, 35, 61, 63, and a Powerball of 5. The Power Play multiplier for the drawing was 3x. While no ticket matched all numbers to claim the jackpot, the Florida ticket matched enough numbers to secure the $50,000 prize.
The estimated jackpot for Saturday’s drawing stood at $20 million, with a cash value of approximately $9.0 million. Because the top prize was not claimed, the jackpot will continue to grow.
The next Powerball drawing is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 26, 2026, with the estimated jackpot increasing to $30 million and a cash value of $13.6 million.
Lottery officials remind players that prizes must be claimed within the timeframe set by state law and encourage winners to sign the back of their ticket and keep it in a safe place.
