SOUTH CAROLINA — A 31-year-old man from Seneca was killed Friday afternoon in a single-vehicle rollover crash near the city, authorities said.
Emergency crews were called to the scene shortly after 5 p.m. following a 911 report of a crash on Sitton Mill Road near the intersection of Sitton Shoals Road. According to officials, the vehicle had rolled over for reasons that remain under investigation.
The driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene at approximately 5:30 p.m. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
The victim’s name has not yet been released and is expected to be made public on Saturday, pending notification of family members. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
