INDIANA — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 68-year-old man who may need medical assistance.
Police said Lenard Blackmon was last seen on January 9, 2026, when he left Methodist Hospital. Based on new information obtained Friday, investigators believe Blackmon may require medical attention.
Blackmon is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing about 175 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket and blue jeans. Police said he may be in the downtown Indianapolis area.
Anyone who has information about Lenard Blackmon’s whereabouts or encounters him is urged to call 911 immediately.
